Alterations and additions to a large heritage listed house.

The brief was to demolish unsympathetic and inferior previous additions, to improve the quality of light to the interior, and provide increased living areas. 

Works included, new cabana, entertaining area, deck new lower ground utility spaces under existing structure, new garage with first floor studio, and internal modifications
